The market remains volatile as users keep buying hand-mouth, with the expectation that prices will drop with Vietnamese new crop coming online. However reports are now circulating that the Vietnamese new crop isn’t looking great, due to excess rainfall. Therefore most are now expecting a smaller crop of lower quality. This will likely keep pressure on prices as peaks and troughs of buying demand hit the market. Most will now be looking towards relief from African raw kernels hitting the market, although this isn’t expected to impact prices for at least 2 to 3 months.
