Product Description
Locust Bean Gum is obtained from the ground endosperm of Ceratonia siliqua. It consists chiefly of a high molecular weight hydrocolloidal polysaccharide, comprised of galactose and mannose units combined through glycoside linkages.

Available in a range of viscosities and varying mesh sizes dependant upon applications. Product can be tailored to meet food technical applications.

Locust Bean Gum is sourced throughout the Mediterranean and Northern Africa and is available annually around September/October.
