Supplier qualification

Our product managers continually travel the world, sourcing new products and nurturing our existing supplier relationships. We seek to ensure, through our vendor assurance program, that vendor standards are met. Whilst nature is far from consistent, best practice management programs certainly make a difference.

We look for an established track record and investment in the following areas:

• Experience and on-going training of their workforce.
• Harvesting methods, crop classification and quality procedures
  preliminary processing and packing.
• Understanding of pesticide controls and assurances in relation to residue carry-over into the crop.
